VERO, TAM’s 100% electric bus transporting passengers in Maribor
The first 100% electric bus, VERO, for passenger transport is entirely the result of Slovenian development and local production. It’s an interesting addition that will be noticeable on the roads of Maribor.
At TAM-Europe, we are excited to announce our latest collaboration with the Public Utility for Urban Passenger Transport Marprom. Passengers will have the opportunity to experience our VERO on Line 6 – Funicular and Line 1 – Tezno.
Preserving a clean environment for today and future generations is crucial for the quality of life in the City Municipality of Maribor.
In this regard, representatives of both companies were fully united during today’s handover of the electric bus VERO. The collaboration between Marprom and TAM-Europe, both operating in the local, domestic environment, is indeed very encouraging. Bryan Zhao, director of TAM-Europe, and Bernard Majhenič, director of Marprom, emphasized during the handover of the electric bus that the interest in successful and long-term cooperation is mutual.
